Q: Where are you located?
A: SKYPARX is located only 2 minutes from Pearson International Airport. Detailed directions and a map are available here for further assistance.

Q: Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
A: We do have a 24 hour shuttle bus service. You will be transferred to the airport shortly after check-in is complete.Our drivers are friendly and supportive.

Q: Do you offer car care services?
A: SKYPARX offers services such as oil change, hand wash, interior shampoo and more while you are away.

Q: I am in your parking facility. What's next?
A: You need to stop at the office first. Please have your flight information, car license plate number ready, also bring in any discount coupon or reservation slip you might have from our affiliates. After paperwork is done follow the driver to your parking spot.

Q: I returned from my trip. How do I contact you?
A: When you arrive back, whenever you are ready to be picked up give us a call. Toll free number can be found on the check-in slip. You will then need to go to the designated area mentioned by our parking attendant, where you will be picked up and brought back to your vehicle.
